# The West Midlands Combined Authority Order 2016, Paragraph 5


(1) Section 11 (financial duty of Executive) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3B) for “the West Yorkshire Combined Authority” substitute “each of the authorities within subsection (3C)”.
(3) After subsection (3B) insert—
“(3C) The authorities referred to in subsection (3B) are—
(a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority;
(b) the West Midlands Combined Authority.”.
