# The West Midlands Combined Authority Order 2016, Paragraph 7


In section 13 (power to make grants) for subsection (2) substitute—
“(2) This section does not apply to—
(a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, or
(b) the West Midlands Combined Authority.”.
