  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLocal Government, England\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (“the 2007 Act”), makes the following Order.\nThis Order implements a proposal under section 8(2A) of the 2007 Act that there should be a new non-metropolitan district and council for West Suffolk.\nA draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 240(6) of the 2007 Act.",
