# The West Yorkshire Combined Authority Order 2014, Paragraph 7


In section 13 (power to make grants)—
(a) the existing text is renumbered as subsection (1);
(b) after that subsection there is inserted—
“(2) This section does not apply to the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.”
