  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Windsor Framework (Enforcement etc.) Regulations 2023.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2023.\n(3) Part 1 extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.\n(4) An amendment made by Part 2 has the same extent as the provision amended.\n(5) Part 3 and the Schedule extend to Northern Ireland.",
