Part 1 of Schedule 2 contains an amendment consequential on the omissions made by regulation 3(1).

(2)

The secondary retained EU law specified in Part 2 of Schedule 2 is amended (in consequence of the omissions made by regulation 3(2) as read with Schedule 1) in relation to specified products wherever produced.
