# The Wireless Telegraphy (Pre-Consolidation Amendments) Order 2006, Paragraph 5: Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 (c. 6)


For section 4(5)(b) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 substitute—
“(b) for the purpose of securing compliance with an international obligation of the United Kingdom (within the meaning of the Communications Act 2003).”.
