  "text": "(1) In the enactments falling within sub-paragraph (2) (except where otherwise provided) the following have the same meaning as in the Communications Act 2003—\n(a) “broadcast”;\n(b) “frequency”;\n(c) “information”;\n(d) “international obligation of the United Kingdom”.\n(2) The enactments are—\n(a) the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949;\n(b) Part 2 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967;\n(c) Part 6 of the Telecommunications Act 1984.",
