  "text": "Draft Regulation laid before Parliament under section 13(7) of the Work and Families Act 2006 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 2007\nComing into force 1st October 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Work and Families Act 2006.\nIn accordance with section 13(7) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
