The Department for Employment and Learning, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (being a Department designated for the purposes of that section in relation to measures relating to the organisation of working time, measures relating to the employment of children and young persons and measures relating to mediation) and Article 15 of the Work and Families (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, makes the following Regulations:
