  "text": "(1) Commission Regulation (EU) No 200/2012 concerning a Union target for the reduction of Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium in flocks of broilers is amended as follows.\n(2) In Article 1, omit “Union” in each place it occurs (including in the heading).\n(3) After Article 1, insert—\n“Article 1A\nDefinition of constituent territory\nIn this Regulation, ‘constituent territory’, in relation to the United Kingdom, means England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.”.\n(4) Omit Articles 2 and 4.\n(5) In the Annex—\n(a) in the heading, omit “Union”;\n(b) in point 1, omit “national”;\n(c) in point 2.2.1, in the third paragraph, in point (c), omit “national”;\n(d) in point 2.2.3, in the second paragraph, omit “Union”;\n(e) in point 3.1, in the sixth paragraph, for “EN/ISO” substitute “ISO”;\n(f) in point 3.2, for the words from “according to” to the end, substitute “according to ISO 6579-1, as it has effect for the time being”;\n(g) in point 3.4, for the words from “in accordance with” to the end, substitute “in accordance with ISO 16140-2, as it has effect for the time being”;\n(h) in point 3.5, in the second paragraph, for “Article 2 of Commission Decision 2007/407/EC” substitute “Commission Implementing Decision 2013/652/EU”;\n(i) in point 4.1, omit “Union” in both places it occurs (including in the heading);\n(j) in point 4.2, omit the first, second and fifth paragraphs.",
