# The Drainage (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973 to allow the Department; to dissolve, by order, certain drainage trusts and to make regulations authorising the Department to charge in respect of the exercise of its functions under that Order.
