# Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973, Article 24: Duty of occupiers with respect to undesignated watercourses


The provisions of Schedule 5 shall have effect in relation to the duties of occupiers of land with respect to undesignated watercourses, and to the other matters specified in that Schedule.
