# Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973, Article 4: Submission of particulars with respect to designated watercourses


The Ministry or any other person may at any time submit to the Drainage Council such particulars as the Council may consider necessary to enable it to determine with respect to any watercourse whether that watercourse is to be treated or is not to continue to be treated as a designated watercourse for the purposes of this Order.
