  "text": "The provisions of Schedule 7 shall have effect in relation to—\n(a) the drainage of Upper and Lower Lough Erne and of the portion of the River Erne which is in Northern Ireland;\n(b) the dredging and maintenance of channels in those loughs and that river, and the tributaries thereof;\n(c) the use by vessels of those loughs and that river, and the tributaries thereof; and\n(d) the other matters specified in that Schedule.",
