  "text": "LAND DRAINAGE\nMade 7th February 1990\nLaid before Parliament 8th February 1990\nComing into force 1st March 1990\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 72(4) and 95 of the Land Drainage Act 1976 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
