These Regulations revoke the Drainage Rates (Forms) Regulations 1990 and re-enact their provisions with modifications to take account of the abolition of an owner’s rate by the Internal Drainage Boards (Finance) Regulations 1990 (S.I. 1990/72). That abolition has effect from 1st April 1993.
