Article 3 Dissolution of drainage trusts

The trusts listed in the Schedule are hereby dissolved.

Any property, forming part of any of the trusts, may be disposed of at such time and in such manner as the Department may determine and any funds shall be put to the Consolidated Fund as appropriations in aid.

All rights, duties, obligations and liabilities arising under the trusts are hereby extinguished.
