  "text": "Subject to Schedule 12 (protective provisions), the undertaker may—\n(a) acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order land;\n(b) extinguish or suspend the rights of or restrictions for the benefit of, and remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to, statutory undertakers on, under or within the Order land; and\n(c) create and acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order land.",
