  "text": "Work No. 9 – temporary construction laydown areas including—\n(a) Work No. 9A – temporary construction laydown area comprising—\n(i) areas of hardstanding;\n(ii) car parking;\n(iii) pedestrian bridge including ducts for the carrying of electricity and other utility services;\n(iv) site and welfare offices and workshops;\n(v) security infrastructure, including cameras, perimeter fencing and lighting;\n(vi) site drainage and waste management infrastructure (including sewerage); and\n(vii) electricity, water, waste water and telecommunications connections.\n(b) Work No. 9B – a temporary construction laydown area comprising—\n(i) areas of hardstanding;\n(ii) security infrastructure, including cameras, perimeter fencing and lighting;\n(iii) up to two means of access;\n(iv) site drainage and waste management infrastructure (including sewerage);\n(v) car parking; and\n(vi) electricity, water, waste water and telecommunications connections.",
