  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“business day” means a day other than a Saturday or Sunday which is not Christmas Day, Good Friday or a bank holiday under section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 ;\n“relevant authority” means any authority or body named in any of the provisions of this Order and whose consent, agreement or approval is sought; and\n“requirement consultee” means any body or authority named in a Requirement as a body to be consulted by the relevant planning authority in discharging that Requirement.",
