# The Drax Power (Generating Stations) Order 2019, Paragraph 44: Co-operation

Extent: E+W

National Grid and the undertaker must each use their best endeavours to co-ordinate with the other party on the timing and method of execution of any works carried out under the Order or this Part of this Schedule (including, for the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to paragraph 38(2) and paragraph 40) in the interests of safety and the efficient and economic execution of the authorised development and taking into account the need to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the other party's operations.
