# The Drax Power (Generating Stations) Order 2019, Paragraph 57

Extent: E+W

Without prejudice to the generality of the protective provisions in this part of the Schedule, Northern Powergrid must from time to time submit to the undertaker estimates of reasonable costs and expenses it expects to incur in relation to the implementation of any diversions or relocation of apparatus contemplated under this part of the Schedule.
