# The Drax Power (Generating Stations) Order 2019, Paragraph 58

Extent: E+W

Northern Powergrid and the undertaker will use their reasonable endeavours to agree the amount of any estimates submitted by the electricity undertaker under paragraph 57 within 15 working days following receipt of such estimates by the undertaker. The undertaker must confirm its agreement to the amount of such estimates in writing and must not unreasonably withhold or delay such agreement. If the parties are unable to agree the amount of an estimate, it will be dealt with in accordance with paragraph 63.
