# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment and Modification) Regulations 2025, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2020/1658 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Laid before Parliament 31st March 2025
Coming into force 21st April 2025
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) and (3) of, and paragraph 27 of Schedule 5 to, the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020.
