# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988


(1) The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 54(8A)(d) after “Northern Ireland” add “, an EU member State”.
(3) In section 75(3C)(d) after “Northern Ireland” add “, an EU member State”.
