# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 11


In section 6 (checks, inspections and repairs), for the words before subsection 6.1 substitute “Requirements on the circumstances in which seals may be removed are defined in Chapter 5.3 of this Annex.”.
