after “Member States” insert “and the United Kingdom”;

(b)

for “Article 31 of Regulation (EU) No 165/2014” substitute “Article 13 of Section 2 of Part C of Annex 31 to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part”.
