# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 14


In Appendix 11 (common security mechanisms), for “Regulation (EU) No 581/2010”, in both places those words occur, substitute “Article 7(5) of Section 2 of Part B Annex 31 to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part”.
