# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 15


In Appendix 12 (positioning based on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)), in section 2, in the first paragraph, for “compatibility with the services provided by the Galileo and European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service (EGNOS) programmes as set out in Regulation (EU) No 1285/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council” substitute “compatibility with Satellite Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS)”.
