# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 5


After “Annex IB to Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85”, in each place those words occur, insert “as adapted by Appendix 31-B-4-2 of Annex 31 to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part”.
