Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and revocation

These Regulations may be cited as the Drivers' Hours (Harmonisation with Community Rules) Regulations 1986 and shall come into operation on 29th September 1986.

In these Regulations “the 1968 Act” means the Transport Act 1968.

The Drivers' Hours (Harmonisation with Community Rules) Regulations 1978 are hereby revoked.
