  "text": "The Drivers' Hours (Passenger Vehicles) (Exemptions) Regulations 1970 provide (inter alia) an exemption from the requirements of section 96(3) of the Transport Act 1968 (which specifies the length of a working day for drivers of passenger vehicles) to enable such drivers to meet a special need. These Regulations amend the 1970 Regulations to provide a similar exemption where the special need is for the carriage of handicapped persons for certain social and recreational purposes.",
