Paragraph 1

The income losses for which compensation is payable in accordance with these Regulations are the amount of income that the entitled person would have been reasonably likely to receive for giving paid instruction in the driving of a motor car during the suspension period, as calculated in accordance with paragraph 2 or (as the case may be) paragraph 3.
