# The Driving Instruction (Compensation Scheme) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 3


If it is not reasonably practicable for the amount referred to in paragraph 1 to be calculated in accordance with paragraph 2, then the amount referred to in paragraph 1 will be determined on the basis of such documents as are available to the entitled person and as are relevant to the application.
