  "heading": "Short title, commencement and extent",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Driving Instruction (Suspension and Exemption Powers) Act 2009.\n(2) Sections 5 and 6 and this section come into force on the day on which this Act is passed.\n(3) Sections 1 to 4 and Schedules 1 and 2 come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint; and different days may be appointed for different purposes.\n(4) This Act extends only to England and Wales and Scotland.",
