# The Driving Licences (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Driving Licences (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on exit day.
(3) This regulation, regulation 6(2), (4) to (6) and (8) to (10), and regulation 6(1) so far as it relates to those provisions, come into force on the twenty second day after the day on which these Regulations are laid.
