# The Driving Licences (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988


(1) The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 36(11)(a) (disqualification until test is passed) , for “another” substitute “ an ”.
(3) In section 91A(7)(b)(i) (application to Community licence holders) , for “another” substitute “ an ” .
