The Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 1999 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 3(2)(b)(ii) (designation of Southern Africa), omit “other than the United Kingdom”.

In article 4(2)(b)(ii) (designation of Canadian provinces and territories), omit “other than the United Kingdom”.
