# The Driving Licences (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 7: Amendment of the Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 2002


(1) The Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 2002 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3 (designation of the Republic of Korea)—
(a) in paragraph (2)(a)(ii), for “(including the United Kingdom)” substitute “ , in the United Kingdom ”;
(b) in paragraph (2)(b), for “(including the United Kingdom)” substitute “ , in the United Kingdom ”.
(3) In article 4(2)(b)(ii) (designation of the Principality of Monaco), for “(including the United Kingdom)” substitute “ , in the United Kingdom ”.
