  "text": "(This Note is not part of the Order)\nThe Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 1984 designates various countries and territories as countries and territories who have satisfactory provision for the issue of driving licences. A person who holds such a licence may exchange their licence for a corresponding British licence. The effect of this Order is to remove Kenya from the list of countries and territories so designated. The holder of a Kenyan driving licence will therefore no longer be able to exchange that licence for a corresponding British one.",
