  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) (Amendment) Order 2013.\n(2) Article 4(1)(b), (2)(b) and (c), (3)(b) and 4(b) comes into force on 19th January 2013 and all other articles come into force on 11th January 2013.",
