  "text": "The following countries, namely Australia, Kenya, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, and the territory of Hong Kong, are hereby designated within paragraph (b) of the definition of “exchangeable licence” in subsection (1) of section 110 of the Road Traffic Act 1972.",
