# Drug Trafficking Act 1994, Paragraph 20


In section 35 of that Act (winding up of company holding realisable property), in subsection (4), for the words “section 1 of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 ”.
