# Drug Trafficking Act 1994, Paragraph 4


Paragraphs 1 to 3 above—
(a) have effect in place of section 17(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978 (but are without prejudice to any other provision of that Act); and
(b) are subject to section 66(2) to (6) of this Act.
