  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(2) Paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice (Confiscation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (which amends section 29(1) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990) is hereby revoked.",
