  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) Subject to subsections (4) and (5) below, this Act extends to England and Wales only.\n(4) Section 34 of this Act and, so far as it relates to that section, this section, extend also to Scotland.\n(5) Section 34 extends also to Northern Ireland.",
