  "text": "(1) The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 1st April 2007—\n(a) section 4 (drug offence searches: Northern Ireland);\n(b) section 6 (X-rays and ultrasound scans: Northern Ireland);\n(c) section 10 (follow-up assessment);\n(d) section 13 (arrangements for follow-up assessment); and\n(e) section 14 (attendance at follow-up assessment).\n(2) The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 1st April 2007 to the extent not already in force—\n(a) section 11 (requirements under sections 9 and 10: supplemental);\n(b) section 15 (disclosure of information about assessments);\n(c) section 16 (samples submitted for further analysis); and\n(d) section 17 (relationship with Bail Act 1976 etc).",
