  "text": "In section 152 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c. 33) (remand of suspected drug offenders)—\n(a) in the title leave out “customs”;\n(b) after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) In subsection (1) the power of a magistrates' court to remand a person to customs detention for a period not exceeding 192 hours includes power to commit the person to the custody of a constable to be detained for such a period.”",
