  "text": "(1) Any power to make an order under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.\n(2) A statutory instrument containing such an order shall be laid before Parliament.\n(3) Any power conferred by this Act to make an order includes power to vary or revoke the order by a subsequent order.",
